egouden.com provides access to real-time rainfall data products based on naaulu, an open-source rainfall toolbox:
Prices are listed in euros per month. Prices are per country where applicable. Payment is due in advance. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
Invoices are issued automatically by email and/or via the Peppol network. Payment is due within 30 days.
We guarantee 95% monthly uptime, excluding:
Paid subscriptions grant unlimited reuse of rainfall images and datasets for any purpose, including commercial use. You may not redistribute raw data feeds to third parties.
Data is delivered to your SFTP server via push. You must provide SFTP access (host, port, username: egouden). We create a /naaulu/ directory and deliver files there.
We manage cleanup of delivered files. Files are removed after 7 days. It is your responsibility to archive or process data before removal.
If delivery fails (server down, authentication error, disk full), we will notify you once. It is your responsibility to resolve the issue.
Either party may terminate with immediate effect. Upon termination, access to paid services ceases.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee data accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
We collect only the data necessary for invoicing (name, address, email). This data is processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (contract performance) and Article 6(1)(c) (legal obligation for tax records).
Data is stored for the duration required by Belgian tax law (minimum 7 years). You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
